Our standard rooms are in the main building and assure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Many of them have a balcony, some also offer a front or side view of Lake Garda (at an extra charge). 

The interiors of the superior rooms in Villa Lucia have been recently renovated and (almost all of them) have a fitted carpet. They all have an en-suite with shower and may have a garden or a balcony.
They are also available with a front or side view of Lake Garda (at an extra charge). 

Our superior room is located in the main building and has a bathroom with shower and outdoor patio. 
It is a type of room particularly suitable for families up to 6 people.

The Superior Blumen rooms are located in the Villa Blumen. Recently renovated, they are connected with the main building. Many of them have a balcony, some also offer a front or side view of Lake Garda (at an extra charge).

The superior rooms in Villa Royal are located in the attic of the main building. They feature modern interiors with an en-suite with shower and all come with a balcony and side view of the lake (front view of the lake also available at an extra charge).

Superior Rooms Calmetta are located in Villa Calmetta, about 200 meters from the central body of the hotel, and are all equipped with balconies with beautiful lake views. All rooms have been completely renovated and feature brand new and functional furnishings.
